AE3000 – Renewable energies.
Photovoltaic:
Photovoltaic solar energy has numerous applications in the daily life: from power supply of remote places and access to electricity by means of photovoltaic electrification, to supplying electricity to satellites, to connection to the grid which allows any individual to export clean electricity to the traditional network, thus obtaining economic benefits thanks to the anticipated economic conditions in the new legal frame for the promotion of the renewable energy.
Photovoltaic solar systems offer great advantages to their users, besides contributing to the sustainable development of our society:
- Economically interesting solution, thanks to existing legal and financial conditions promoted by different programs from the administrations.
- Simple installation that any house, land or roof owner can install and operate, with no need to execute great works or structures.
- Little maintenance of the facilities, which work independently, and that thanks to their high reliability and their long duration, provide a service with very few failures and with no need to perform important interventions.
- Independence and security before the lack of guarantee of the distribution, which allows to power generation for the own consumption and power saving.
Legal framework and Economic Regime:
The new ‘Renewable Energies Plan’ 2011-2020, from the assigned objectives to Spain with the new Direction of Renewable Energies, and the new Royal Decree 1578/2008 of the 26th of September, gives continuity and expectations to the investments, defining a progressive guideline of implementation of this type of technology, and giving a strong promotion to the installations with roof over ground installations. The conditions are modified depending on the following rates:
- Type I-1: with a power less than or equal to 20 kW over a roof - Bonus of 0.34 c€/kWh.
- Type I-2: Installations with a power higher than 20 kW over a roof - Bonus of 0.32 c€/kWh.
- Type II: ? Installations which are not included in type I - Bonus of 0.32 c€/kWh.
A reduction of rates is predicted, depending on the recorded power every three months, and with reference to the objective. The assigned rate in every announcement is the perceived price by the electric production of the plant during a period of 25 years with the corresponding updates depending on the annual inflation.
